Return & Refund Policy

Return Procedure:

You may return or replace any product within 7 days of delivery without providing a reason. Please note that you are responsible for shipping.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

If a product is returned in an inadequate condition (defective, damaged, or incorrect), Smart Watt reserves the right to return it to you.

Ensure the product includes all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.

The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. If delivered in a secondary layer of packaging (e.g., Smart Watt or Courier Company packaging), it must be returned in the same condition. Do not write on or apply tape or stickers to the manufacturer’s box.

Refund Procedure:

Eligible refunds will be issued within 7 working days after receiving the product.

Refund will be processed after deducting Rs. 250 delivery charges and 4% Govt. tax, as per policy
