Warranty Terms

Smart Watt provides a 3-month warranty on selected items, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

However, the warranty does not cover the following situations:

• Misuse of the product
• Liquid damage
• Physical abuse or normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized tampering, alteration, or repair, including breaking the warranty seal
• Accidental damage, lightning, or other acts of God
• Burns caused by power failure or voltage surges

⚠️ Important Notes:

Shipment charges may apply for warranty processing.

Warranty can be claimed only once per order.

Once the warranty claim is received, the product will be inspected, and if eligible, a replacement unit will be dispatched within 7 working days.

Please preserve the serial number box carefully during the warranty period. Avoid writing on it or placing tape/stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
