Warranty Terms
All Smart Watt products come with a fair and hassle-free 3-month (90 Days) replacement warranty, valid from the order delivery date until the return delivery date.
What the Warranty Covers
We provide free replacement if the issue is genuine and occurs under normal indoor use, including:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware or software malfunction
- App connectivity issues caused by device fault
- Timer or automation not working due to product malfunction
- Performance issues under normal indoor use
If the same product is not available at the time of replacement, the customer may choose an alternative product or wait for restock.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
To keep the policy simple and fair, warranty does not apply in cases of:
- Physical damage or burn marks
- Liquid, moisture, or humidity exposure
- Improper installation or electrical misuse
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or opening of the product
- Damage caused by unstable voltage, power surges, or external factors
⚠️ Important Note
All Smart WiFi devices are for indoor use only. If installed in an outdoor area without a properly sealed waterproof box, warranty cannot be claimed.
Replacement & Dispatch
- Approved warranty replacements are free of cost
- Replacement will be dispatched within 1 to 5 working days
- Warranty replacement can be claimed once per order
How to Claim Warranty
To ensure quick and accurate processing, please follow these steps:
1. Share a Clear Video on WhatsApp
- The complete product (all sides visible)
- The exact issue you are facing with proper testing
- Show the real installation environment where the product is being used
- Power source and voltage (if possible)
- WiFi signal strength and confirmation of a 2.4GHz network
(only if you are facing app connectivity or timer function issues)
This helps us confirm whether the issue is product-related or installation-related.
2. Return the Product
Once approved, send the product with:
- Original box
- All accessories
- Order number clearly written on the return label

Final Note
